If eFilm Workstation is not working under Windows 11, you can try the following steps:
Ensure that all Windows 11 updates are installed, as compatibility issues might have been addressed in newer updates.
Check if there is an updated version of eFilm Workstation available that is compatible with Windows 11 on the manufacturer's website.
Run the program in compatibility mode for Windows 10 or an earlier version. Right-click on the program shortcut, go to Properties, select the Compatibility tab, and choose an earlier version of Windows.
Contact the software support team for further assistance or alternative solutions.
Consider virtualizing an older version of Windows using software like VirtualBox or VMWare if the program remains incompatible.
Always ensure you have the appropriate licenses and backups before making significant changes.
How can I export a high quality image? Currently, the export efforts produce only a 204X256 image size. It is way too small. I'm using a Windows 7 machine.

From what it seems, you're exporting the images using scrapbooks and I suggest you export them to JPEG (.jpg), bitmap (.bmp), or TIFF (.tif) format. Select the image/images you want to export and go to File > Export > as Image(s). Select the file format from the drop-down list, type a file name and click Save. For further information, press F1 and expand the Chapter 10 Exporting Images list from the Help file. Also, you can use the contact form from the official web page to get in touch with the developers.
According to the information presented on the developer's website, the application is compatible with Windows 7 in all its versions on both 32 and 64bit. You can check for this information using the official website of the application.
The default port number used by the eFilm Workstation software is 4006. If you have issues installing, configuring or running the program, check the official user guide provided by Merge Healthcare Incorporated.

The stored images in eFilm Workstation for Windows are typically located in a specific folder on your hard drive. To export them to a new machine, you need to find the folder where the images are stored and copy them to an external storage device, such as a USB drive. The exact location of the folder may vary depending on the settings or preferences you have configured in the eFilm Workstation software.
To prevent or block some clients from reaching the mammogram images in eFilm 4, you may consider implementing access control measures such as user authentication, permissions management, or firewall rules to restrict access to specific clients.
